Since we have had our Altar Bread baking irons automated they have been much easier to use, they were quite heavy to operate before – especially when baking wholemeal.

After 25 years, our Altar Bread cutting machine continues to give excellent service. The spinning head with the cutter (this comes in 3 sizes) attached cuts through bundles of up to 60 sheets.

After sorting and bagging, the breads are ready to pack and be posted or picked up from our Monastery.
